Each person gets their own wall even when several birthdays fall on the same calendar day. The clock that matters is theirs, not headquarters.

Colleagues leave wishes, clap, and react. Multiple people celebrating the same day never share a wall — each person stays the centre of their own day.

A belated window keeps the wall open after the day, so a wish that arrives late still feels intentional rather than forgotten.
